An initial consultation is a comprehensive analysis of your current health concerns, health history, relevant family health history, dietary and lifestyle habits and a review of any current pathology results. You will receive a personalised treatment plan including any prescription details after your appointment. The treatment plan may include practitioner-grade herbal medicines, nutraceutical formulations and lifestyle practices which will be discussed with you in the consultation.
NB: Consultations are predominately conducted via Telehealth (video chat) and prepayment is required. If your preference is to see me in person, please request this when completing your intake form, which you will receive immediately after booking and I will provide the address. I am based in Narraweena Sydney (NSW) Telehealth and consult Sunday- Tuesday in Mosman NSW.

A follow-up consultation assesses how you are progressing, analysis of any further pathology along with tweaking your plan/prescription as needed. Guidance and support for achieving your health goals along with monitoring herbal and nutritional medicine prescriptions will be provided.

After 9 years of part time study with two young daughters and working as a midwife Julie completed her Masters of chiropractic in 2005. She has since worked at Lane cove chiropractic Centre and love working with the families that come in for care. She has a special interest in the care of children and pregnant women. Consequently, she has done many years of further study in these areas.
