Organic Ghee
Choose an Organic butter preferably I like the Aldi butter.
You can either slowly melt on the stove top low heat always stirring until melted or use
the oven and melt at 100c in the oven in glass pyrex dish.
When melted, scoop of skin and discard
Clear yellow- ghee
White liquid- whey (this is the part to scoop off)
Gently pour into a glass jar and store in fridge sealed.
Use for cooking, over vegetables, spread on crackers- aim to have 1 tablespoon per day
