Organic Ghee

  • Choose an Organic butter preferably I like the Aldi butter.

  • You can either slowly melt on the stove top low heat always stirring until melted or use

the oven and melt at 100c in the oven in glass pyrex dish.

  • When melted, scoop of skin and discard

  • Clear yellow- ghee

  • White liquid- whey (this is the part to scoop off)

  • Gently pour into a glass jar and store in fridge sealed.

  • Use for cooking, over vegetables, spread on crackers- aim to have 1 tablespoon per day
