Bone Broth

  • Organic chicken frames cleaned, and skin removed. Simmer in water (filtered if available) in

a stainless-steel pot for 18- 24 hours. I also use a slow cooker for this step.

  • Don’t skim the fat

  • Once finished, take out the large pieces (don’t strain)

  • Decanter into small containers freeze

  • Aim to have one cup per day

  • Can consume on its own or add to stir fry’s, smoothies, soups in your cooking

  • Chicken source: Feather and Bone ( Marrickville)- Sommerland chicken or ideally any certified organic chicken is preferrable.
