Bone Broth
Organic chicken frames cleaned, and skin removed. Simmer in water (filtered if available) in
a stainless-steel pot for 18- 24 hours. I also use a slow cooker for this step.
Don’t skim the fat
Once finished, take out the large pieces (don’t strain)
Decanter into small containers freeze
Aim to have one cup per day
Can consume on its own or add to stir fry’s, smoothies, soups in your cooking
Chicken source: Feather and Bone ( Marrickville)- Sommerland chicken or ideally any certified organic chicken is preferrable.
